Yes. That said, I cannot predict the future. I don't know if Microsoft would continue to allow Insiders on Win11 without supported CPUs. So you do risk having to reinstall Win10 (there is no downgrade path once you upgrade)
It seems you’re focusing on linking the license to your Windows account, especially since you’ve heard it wasn’t possible with insider builds before. I’m aiming for a Windows 10 setup at that point. I’m not really keen on Windows 11 yet, but I’d like to benefit from the free upgrade—even if it means purchasing the TPM module, since it’s still more affordable than buying a license. This way, I could stay on Windows 10 if needed. The issue with the taskbar placement on my ultrawide monitor is really bothersome and disrupts my workflow, so I’d prefer to stay with Windows 10 regardless.
Previous issue...still functions well on my i7-6700. The motherboard (ASUS Z270 Tuff 1.0) supports TPM 2.0, and after a fresh Windows 11 setup last week, everything ran smoothly. I've noticed some older systems failing the clean install due to compatibility requirements.
