Your system shows 16 GB RAM despite having a 32 GB storage device, which might be due to how Windows is configured or cached data. Check settings or restart to resolve the issue.

List the full system specs please Is this a new build? Did it "see" all 32GB before and just now switched to only detecting 16?

It's a fresh setup with a GTX 1660 Super, an unlocked i9 9900KF, and 32 GB of RAM.

I don't know, but you can check online marketplaces or specialized forums for used motherboards matching your specifications.

Checking your BIOS setup is the first step. Did you take out the RAM and put it back in properly, confirming each slot is fully seated? How many RAM modules do you have—do you have four 8GB sticks or two 16GB sticks? If the latter, which slots are they located in?

I own two 16 GB RAM sticks, yet I realized my computer is only utilizing 8 GB of memory.

Please confirm the specifications of the RAM unit you purchased. I need the details to verify the 16GB per stick configuration.

I'm completely confident it's a 16GB device.
