Your system runs an i5 12400F with an RX 6600, yet performance stays low at 30–120 FPS with frequent stutters. You've already checked DDU and reinstalled Windows multiple times, but the issue persists. Possible causes include driver problems, GPU settings, or background processes interfering. Try updating drivers, adjusting GPU acceleration, or running a system diagnostics tool to identify bottlenecks.

What are the temperatures? What's your RAM capacity? Is XMP activated? Can I verify the PCI-E version and bus speed for the GPU? Was everything functioning properly before, or has this been an ongoing issue?

Do you have an 8GB RAM setup? Your resize option is turned off—consider turning it back on.

It's listed in the bios section. You'll often see specific motherboard videos because each BIOS has a unique interface. Typically, you can locate it under advanced settings > PCI configuration. Make sure to turn on 4G decoding and enable the resize bar support.

It's not uncommon for games to stutter at startup, even after fixes are applied. Check system resources and update settings if needed.

It really varies based on the stutter. I have a 4090 and a 7800x3d card, and the first time textures load in about a second, the game crashes immediately afterward.

I think it's okay. I'm not a Fortnite pro, so you might want to consult others too.
