Your PC games are experiencing frequent crashes.
The games on my PC are experiencing crashes again. This began yesterday when I started playing CSGO and Valorant. Both programs would stop unexpectedly. I verified the connections on my system and reset Windows, yet the issue continues. I'm relatively new to PC setup, so any guidance would be valuable. My machine model is listed here: https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/VR-R...l-RTX-3060. It seems the crashes have stopped what I could observe (I've played CSGO for about an hour without a crash). I lowered my CPU frequency to 44 out of 49 and reset my RAM speed back to its default, around 2666 MHz. My main concern is why this is happening now. I've been using these overclocked configurations—CPU at 49/49 and RAM at 3200—since September, but problems have started appearing suddenly. Thanks to everyone who responded!
I adjusted my CPU clock speed from 49 to 44 and reset my RAM to the standard 2666. The crashes seem to have ceased based on what you've observed. However, I'm curious about the timing—why did it begin happening now after using these settings since September of last year?
It might just be several factors at play. Probably it has lost stability gradually, which is something I've noticed before. However, focus solely on your own memory clock speed and compare it with the XMP or DOCP settings to observe the outcome.
