I can try other titles too—like Halo, Bonelab, Fortnite, Quake 2 RTX—but in MW2 the game crashes my system (caps lock won’t work, it freezes). Specs here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/br3B6r

CPU usage? RAM is using XMP profile? Experimented without it? Applied InSpectre for a slight CPU speed increase? Disabled MultiPlane Overlay MPO?

Your system experiences freezing events without clear visual indicators. In MW2, crashes lead to significant artifacts during shutdown.

Consider using InSpectre and turning off MPO. Add CPU Balance since your i7-4770K benefits from it in modern games. Load XMP profiles for your RAM instead of setting the frequency manually. For DDR3, 1600 MHz is decent, but 1866 or higher is better, and going above 2000 MHz is excellent.
