Most games I've seen does it, and if they have a problem with regional pricing large enough to make them reconsider doing it at all, I don't see why they would just enable it and eliminate the problem instead of getting fewer sales in those countries
It violates both legal rules and the site's terms, which may result in your account being suspended. Purchasing from G2A won't be impacted because you're not using a VPN, so you're buying locally available games instead.
