All components on your PC function properly except for the front fans. You have just one fan port besides the CPU fan (motherboard: GIGABYTE B450M DS3H). You added a fan hub to the system fan port along with the two case fans, top fan, and back fan, but only the top and back fans are working. How can you resolve this issue?

Noticing four fan headers. Correction: That’s not your motherboard, yet it seems included. Are the front fans operating smoothly? Updated December 3, 2023 by leclod

Check your fan hub since only two of four fans are operational. Change the port connections between the front and the top/back sections. If the front fans begin working again, the hub is faulty.

It seems like you're confirming a connection. The device is connected to the motherboard.

I made the wrong assumption. Once I take everything out of the case, I can handle it by just using my hands.

It doesn't feature its own power source, such as a SATA power connector.
