Your new PC is not turning on.

The PC is powered on but no fans are running except the case fan that toggles on and off. There are no booting warning lights. The motherboard is a Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX, CPU is Ryzen 5 7600 X, and the GPU is an AMD Radeon RX 6705 XT. The GPU is fully connected and has been reinserted several times. It’s my first build—please help me get it working!
