Hey everyone. Here’s what I found about my new i9 9900k while playing Cyberpunk2077. It seems everything is running smoothly, though some cores are working at full capacity continuously. I didn’t push it to overclock. My setup includes an RTX 2080 i9 9900k, ASUS Prime z390-p, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB Samsung SSD.

Your RAM is set to 2133 2x8, which seems quite high for 40fps performance.

Yep, the RAM is at 2133. You need to turn on XMP and/or OC support a bit. 2933 or 3200 should work.

You're considering whether to overclock your RAM now or wait for a better motherboard. Since you're using an Asus Prime Z390-P and are concerned about compatibility, it might be safer to wait for the Gigabyte Aorus Pro Z390. Overclocking early could lead to instability or damage if the board isn't fully supported.
