7700 XT offers solid performance at 1080p/1440p. Comparisons are based on percentage relative to other GPUs in this range. If budget matters, a mid-range GPU from the 7000 series is just one generation ahead of the 6000 series. You can save money by purchasing RX 6800 instead of 7700 XT if you can find it at a lower price, or go with RX 7700 XT for better value.
You might also consider a 750W power supply if you're comfortable with reduced power margins and future upgrades. It’s still sufficient for both RAM modules or even the 7800 XT. For more affordable SSD options, the WD Blue SN580 2TB is worth checking out. While it doesn’t match the KC3000 in performance, it remains a solid choice. If you're building a motherboard, the ASRock B650 HDV/M.2 is a good pick; it’s similar to the Pro RS B650 but lacks a few features, such as one fewer M.2 slot. You could also lower costs by selecting a 7600 CPU instead of the 7800 X3D, even though it’s slower in the AM5 lineup. A plus for the 7600 is that it comes with a box cooler, which is adequate for its specs.
I should mention that 7600 might sometimes reach up to 10600, though it doesn't happen every time. They align in performance occasionally, especially in tasks that require heavy processing power. The 10600 tends to be superior in core-intensive scenarios, but that's not relevant for gaming.
