Here’s a revised version of your list:

The GPU options include:
- The most affordable choice is found here: https://www.adm.hr/xfx-rx6750xt-speedste...6/product/
- A better alternative is available at: https://www.adm.hr/xfx-rx6800-speedster-...7/product/
- Another option, if you prefer more performance, can be seen at: https://www.adm.hr/sapphire-rx7700xt-pul...5/product/
- For those seeking extra power, the cheapest reasonable Nvidia card is listed at: https://www.adm.hr/asus-rx7800xt-tuf-rx7...5/product/

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly solution, the 664€ RTX 4070 offers solid performance and is a great starting point.
For improved speed, the 6800/7700 XT models provide about 15% boost over their predecessors, while the 7800 XT is roughly 21% faster than the 7700 XT.
Nvidia cards tend to be less cost-effective unless you need specific features; the 664€ RTX 4070 is a mid-range option from Nvidia.

For power supply, the cheapest suitable unit available is around 750W: https://www.adm.hr/napajanje-asus-750w-t...7/product/
If you need more headroom and future-proofing, an 850W PSU is recommended: https://www.adm.hr/napajanje-evga-850w-s...63/product
For higher power needs, consider the 1000W options: https://www.adm.hr/napajanje-evga-1000w-...40/product
And https://www.adm.hr/napajanje-asus-1000w-...03/product

When choosing a PSU, look for warranty details, as they can vary by model and brand.

SSDs, 1 TB – details here: https://www.adm.hr/wd-ssd-1tb-m2-blue-sn...6/product/
2TB option – link provided: https://www.adm.hr/wd-ssd-2tb-m2-blue-sn...5/product/
I can assemble each component and compile a list using reliable parts, with an estimated cost since shipping and extra fees aren’t clear.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (~480€)
Cooler: Arctic Freezer 36 (~32€)
Memory: ASRock B650M Pro RS (2x16GB) (~158€)
RAM: DDR5 32GB (2x16) G.Skill CL30 (6000Mhz) (~133€)
GPU: ASUS RX7800XT TUF (~612€)
SSD: Kingston KC3000 2TB (~157€)
Power Supply: Napajanje ASUS 850W TUF-GAMING-850G (~157€)
Case: Your preference.

Estimated total: ~1 729€ plus case (~1829€ including shipping).
Build highlights the fastest gaming CPU ever (soon to be replaced by 9800X3D), cooler sufficient for the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, motherboard with robust VRMs capable of supporting multiple CPUs, RAM speed and capacity ideal, GPU offers solid mid-range performance.
2TB unit is durable, fast, and SSD is reliable at 1080p.
PSU choice: ASUS 850W recommended for warranty and stability.
Case selection depends on your needs.

Approximately 1.730€ represents the example PC cost if paid upfront, taking into account a 5% discount on a 100€ price. This offers a great value and should satisfy you for several years ahead. Thank you!

Sure, I can assist with selecting the right case or evaluating its quality. You might also want to consider adjusting prices for specific components—like the motherboard, SSD, and GPU, which could be more affordable options. (GPU is naturally a less powerful component.)

For 1080p gaming, anything from a RX 6600/7600, RTX 4060 and up should be fine and allow you to play at high details or better in the majority of games. The 4070/4070 Super & 7800 XT are marketed as 1440p cards, so they'll easily handle 1080p for the 3-4 years you specified. The Torrent Nano is a nice case and I believe it does support ATX PSUs, which is handy, but the spec says it is limited to ITX motherboards (..not so great). Here's a review of the A3 (supports Micro-ATX boards) I suggested: They have done the wooden front version recently too, which I hear is popular with all the cool kids.

That is a very good case, it's just little expensive, also apparently @Tetras says it doesn't support 80% of Motherboards because of it's size, it's very small.

I hope you're thinking about whether this GPU adds value compared to what you already have, or if the price difference matters.
