Hi, it’s around 1 in the morning and I was mostly asleep while working on my phone. My internet went down on EE, and the hub turned red. I usually get a prompt to sign in, but it just leads me to troubleshoot or call a number that’s out of service. When I tried to call, they were closed. After restarting the router, the light changed from yellow to aqua blue—everything seems okay. I connected my phone again, but still no connection. Checking my laptop upstairs showed it reported an internet connection, while my other laptop did the same. Both ran Windows 10. Later, I turned on data and looked up what the red light meant. After visiting their support site, I found out a permanently red light usually indicates a faulty router needing replacement. But after restarting, it stopped being red. I entered my IP address to access the router, but it still showed no connection. My phone claimed there was no internet, and my laptops blocked any link for safety. I’m really confused—my router might be fine, or something’s wrong with my device. I need help now because I have a speech tomorrow and need some guidance.
It looks like something is underway, and it seems they began working on a specific feature, like changing the default splash page across all sites. Every time I try to visit, it redirects to /DefaultSplashPage.aspx. It doesn’t show up everywhere, but it does appear on some pages now.
Over half an hour went by, unchanged, and I even tried restarting my computer.
