The issue was that it was already defective—it caused my RAM to fail and nearly destroyed the whole computer. I returned it, but along the way or at the shop, the pins looked noticeably bent. I’m considering buying something new, thank you for the recommendation.

If the pins were twisted like they said, it was because their thumb got stuck inside. You can spot bent pins before dropping the CPU, as these look damaged compared to the rest. In such cases, I wouldn’t feel confident investing more in that company again.

This occurred at the largest Swiss online store, so I'm submitting my report. However, in the meantime, I won't be relying on their repair and warranty services anymore.
