it's not an easy thing to figure out. we wouldn't understand if they function properly until you assemble them and share the details, but that doesn't mean it's simple. amd places the pins directly on the cpu chip, so you should check for bent pins. if you find any, reach out to the seller—it's unlikely it would work. since you've already tested it, if it reaches bios, there should be no major issues beyond what you can see. once everything is put together and you boot up, you'll get a clearer picture of the problem. i recommend using cpu-z to investigate further.
