Hello, after installing the new motherboard you're experiencing Code 45. It seems the system only starts with the small save start button, but now it doesn't work at all. The display shows Code 0d and the orange light is on. Your specs are a Ryzen 7 3700X, 64 GB Corsair Ventence RGB Pro 3600 MHz, and you're using the Asus Rog Crosshair VIII Hero WiFi motherboard.

It seems neither of the provided codes appears in the Q-Code reference (pages A-1 to A-4), though page 0d notes "Reserved for future AMI SEC error codes." The manual does confirm the yellow LED indicates DRAM status (pages 1–13). You might remove the RAM and attempt booting with just one or two drives to see if it works.

You seem puzzled by unclear error messages. I wasn’t sure if the codes were pointing anywhere specific. It’s possible manufacturers sometimes embed incorrect codes into their devices. Would you like to check your motherboard documentation for details?

I don't believe it's the RAM since I just bought a new one and checked it using a Stick with two Sticks—nothing has changed.

It seems more probable a "documented" issue—likely an undocumented error. They probably introduced the code in a newer BIOS version and forgot to include it in their error list. Or it might be a scenario where such a case is simply not expected in production, so no documentation is needed.
