I just completed my latest setup and installed the operating system, but I observed some unusual behavior with my i5 processor. Anyone have any insights on what might be happening? Edited August 29, 2020 by Thom_0203 Oops, let's keep our privacy in mind and so on.

It seems the model didn't support an 8-core i5 processor. It should indicate an i9 instead.

I’m fine with my system details being off. Everything functions smoothly. This setup is far more reliable than my Macbook Pro 2019. In fact, this 3700X model is more dependable than my Macbook Pro, so I’d rather avoid buying a real Mac.

Have you successfully set up iMessage? Or are you working with code signing in Xcode? Those tasks often come with the most challenges and rewards on a hackintosh.
