i was seated near the computer before starting work, everything seemed normal. i stood up to change into my professional attire, but then noticed the pc rebooted and displayed that no boot device was found. i assumed it was just a minor issue—before, i’d had similar problems with blue screens, restarts, and the dos not showing any boot options. today, i tried unplugging it for ten seconds and it worked, but i didn’t do that before. unfortunately, i can’t resolve it on my own. i replaced the m.2 drive, reconfigured ram and gpu, yet nothing helped. the restart problem began roughly a year ago after upgrading the gpu from nvidia to amd. i ran the ddu utility, but after the gpu change it started behaving oddly—frequent freezes, requiring a hard reset to fix, and multiple blue screens. the m.2 drive doesn’t appear in the bios after today’s crash. it seems almost two years old and used mainly for os and game storage. i’m unsure if it failed completely. i don’t have another pc to test the drive, but i still have a warranty (my country offers 2 years on electronics). my system is an r5 3600 rx 6700 non-xt asrock b450m hdv r4 (p4,90 bios), though it’s the oldest component. the kingston fury ram from 3gb was used for win 11 on the m.2 ssd adata sx6000 pro 1tb, but now my backup ssd kingston 240gb is showing a 2tb hdd with a 600w semi-modular psu.
