You can resolve the issue by obtaining a genuine Windows version rather than a questionable one. It’s likely the license you purchased was for a school edition, which was provided free as long as you were still in school. Now that you’ve graduated, the original owner no longer has access. At my school, we also received free Windows licenses from Microsoft, but they are valid only while you’re enrolled; after graduation, you’ll need to purchase them again.
