I don't have real-time access to your system's details. Please check your device's specifications or settings for the total RAM.

You may have background applications active at startup without realizing it. Follow these steps to verify and adjust which programs launch on Windows 11: Launch Settings by clicking the Start menu (Windows icon) in the taskbar, then select Settings (gear icon). Move to Apps by selecting from the left sidebar. Go to Startup by choosing it from the Apps list. Turn off Startup Apps to disable unwanted programs. You'll see a list of apps scheduled to run; select the ones you wish to turn off and switch their toggle to Off.

I focus mainly on startup apps and don’t believe they significantly affect memory usage. I also have 16GB of RAM available.

Check the processes consuming the most memory in Task Manager to identify them.

These four companies are experiencing issues. Currently, Google is the top choice, though its size is only about 500MB.

Check the memory area in the Performance panel. Could indicate an issue such as a failing RAM module.

Execute a Clean Boot. If this resolves the issue, maintain this setting; otherwise, incrementally add Startup Programs or Services until the problem disappears, helping identify the cause.

We shared the issue with @Zero0ne_hn and fixed it. The Windows Superfetch service (SysMain) was storing frequently used apps in memory to boost speed. Turning it off lowered memory use from 89% to around 38%.
