You may have background applications active at startup without realizing it. Follow these steps to verify and adjust which programs launch on Windows 11: Launch Settings by clicking the Start menu (Windows icon) in the taskbar, then select Settings (gear icon). Move to Apps by selecting from the left sidebar. Go to Startup by choosing it from the Apps list. Turn off Startup Apps to disable unwanted programs. You'll see a list of apps scheduled to run; select the ones you wish to turn off and switch their toggle to Off.
Check the memory area in the Performance panel. Could indicate an issue such as a failing RAM module.
