I tried resetting my HP gaming laptop by going to recovery settings, but it restarted and then prompted for sign-in. After signing in, the screen asked to enter my name again without any changes. When I tried to log in, I received an error saying the user profile service couldn't be accessed. I connected a USB drive and reinstalled Windows. The system booted but ran slower than usual. In Device Manager, I saw unknown devices like "other devices" and "Pci Device," but I couldn't connect to the internet. During the HP system check, my audio and graphics card weren't detected. If you have a solution or think I damaged my laptop, please let me know. Thank you.

WiFi or LAN cable? Try the LAN cable first to install all your drivers. Alternatively, download them on another device or your phone and move them to the laptop. I’m curious about this because Windows 11 should already recognize a standard version of your drivers.
