My dear friend, my G14 has begun looping through Windows. I’m puzzled about what’s happening. It sometimes enters Windows, then stays there for hours before jumping back into Windows and restarting again. It never loops when I switch to BIOS or when the blue screen appears. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1) Reinstalling Windows repeatedly caused crashes; I had to do it several times. 2) Removing the only removable RAM stick. 3) Swapping to a new SSD. 4) Disabling most BIOS settings (helped briefly, then stopped). 5) Unplugging the battery and letting the power drain. 6) Performing a hard and soft reset via the power button. 7) Rebuilding the laptop from scratch—plugging everything back in. 8) Running it on AC power only without a battery. 9) Updating BIOS to the oldest version I could find (312), then to the newest (319). 10) Trying everything and still nothing working!

Right now I’m really confused and worried. This is my only laptop, it’s not covered by warranty, and I have no idea what to do next. My model is GA402RJ-G14.R96700. I’m left with the same issue, booting loops eight times out of ten, even after replacing parts and resetting everything. It’s really frustrating.

Have you considered retrieving a previous release of the Windows ISO? It might be damaged or incomplete if your current installation isn't working properly.
