I recently purchased a ROG Zephyrus g14 2022. When trying to turn it on, the ROG logo appears repeatedly and the system restarts endlessly. I don’t use Windows; I can only access BIOS. Initially, it worked fine but wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi because it’s running Windows 11. I resolved this by installing a network adapter driver via USB. After that, it booted and connected to Wi-Fi successfully for about 30 seconds. Then the screen went black repeatedly, restarting multiple times, and it kept trying to repair itself ten times before failing. Now it only shows the ROG logo during startup and continues doing so. Possible issues: - It might have overheated while I was carrying it, especially hot when I held the power button until the fans stopped and lights went out. - System specs: Ryzen 9 6900HS, AMD Radeon RX 6700S. Help would be appreciated. I bought it refurbished in the US and am now in Australia; I can’t return it to Best Buy.

Have you gone back to those splash screen boot loops? It seems like a Windows boot problem, but what happens when you make a Windows 11 install/start USB and boot from the BIOS menu? Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com). You might need a fresh clean install if we can't fix the current one. Make sure it stays powered throughout all steps, since losing power during boot or installation is known to ruin the setup.

Begin by shutting down the computer twice until you reach Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > Startup repair. Alternatively, use a restore point and perform a system restore if available. If these steps don’t work, boot into Safe Mode using the provided guide. After logging in, open Command Prompt as administrator and run the following commands: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, followed by sfc /scannow. Once complete, restart the PC and verify login functionality. Let me know if this resolved your issue.
