The Razor Huntsman Mini doesn't react when you press F1 or Fn+1 during startup. Check the BIOS settings to ensure they're functioning correctly.
It's a recognized problem with certain Razer keyboards (like some Huntsman and Ornata models) where they don't function until the operating system is fully loaded. I've had to use a more affordable keyboard simply because of this issue, which eventually led me to stop using Razer products altogether.
