It's all okay. The definition of acceptable depends on your router model and the internet plan you're on. For instance, with a 600 plan, my Wi-Fi adapter shows 406 downloads, 20 uploads, and a 10ms ping.

Not always. Ping checks the distance to the server. If someone repeats the test on the same server using Ethernet and sees improved ping, then the issue is likely Wi-Fi.

It affects performance based on your actual connection speed. With a slow 10MBps link, your WiFi still works just fine since you're not exceeding it. But with a fast 1GBps connection, speeds drop significantly because most of the bandwidth is wasted.
