I purchased this new Asus laptop around half a month ago, upgraded it to the newest Windows 10 version, updated the drivers, and everything seemed normal. Recently, about a week ago, my WiFi stopped working and wouldn’t reconnect until I ran the troubleshooter, after which the list disappeared. I don’t think it’s a hardware problem because it functioned well just a week prior and I haven’t dropped it or done anything unusual. Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

It appears the problem might be related to the driver itself. Usually, hardware issues are detected as disabled or missing entirely. Would you consider a fresh installation of the wireless drivers rather than an update?

I've removed the drivers and reinstalled them once more, but the problem persists. Also, the issue began after I performed a "Reset network" action in the settings.

This action reverts everything to its standard configuration. Curious to know if you adjusted the device manager to prevent the computer from shutting down the wireless NIC for power savings—have you experienced related issues? Also, are there any events logged in EventViewer or error messages in Device Manager?
