The original query has already been addressed. The voltage at 4.5GHz is acceptable, but stability concerns arise at 4.6GHHz, suggesting a need to increase core voltage further. Continue monitoring temperatures. Certain systems perform better with adaptive voltage control. Additional questions are needed for further clarification.

Voltages gives a great overclock performance, currently at 1.230 at 4.4Ghz. I tested 1.250 at 4.5Ghz but it wasn't stable, so I think 1.260 is the right setting for me.

It's a solid score but could be improved like mine: i5:4690K, 4.5ghz with ASUS Z87 Maximus Extreme+ be Quiet Slim. I got 1.200v at 4.5ghz (70c) and it's stable with 30min of OCCT.
