The energy consumption ranges from approximately 90 to 110 watts when operating at 30 to 50% load, increasing to 125 watts during maximum demand.

It seems there might be an issue with how the cooler is secured. At PL2, the required power is typical for this setup, and a single tower fan with one fan should handle it. Remove the cooler, inspect the paste, then reattach it.

You might have misplaced the label from the cooler's base plate.

I also used this cooler on two computers before the latest model and it worked fine, so the issue isn't with the product itself.

The installation is off by a bit. If you reinstall the ILM and connect it without using a contact frame, it should work fine.

I'll handle it the next day and run another test.

You cannot place the cooler without the contact frame.

I removed the cooler and noticed the thermal paste didn’t spread properly. After cleaning the CPU and cooler, I reapplied it. This generally lowered the temperature by 5-10°C, though it didn’t fully prevent the CPU from throttling under about 50% load while running Overwatch. So I returned the CPU to its maximum 4.5GHz.

I verified once more after removing the cooler and reapplying thermal paste, and the power consumption appears to rise to 150W. Given the maximum rating is 125W, this might indicate a problem.

It's a solid 100c, though we shouldn't assume it will slow things down... Want the complete details? Check out the "no throttling" note—CPU might vary but performance should hold up.
