Set up the RAM as usual and share a photo. If issues arise, it might be due to improper placement of the RAM modules. It's safer to double-check.
I think the RAM issue might be the cause, unless you simply took it out for the photo. Without RAM it won’t start. On the first boot many users try connecting HDMI to the graphics card, but then switch to direct motherboard connection.
Also observe that there is no power cable linked to your graphics card.
The sticks are placed as intended per the guide. As mentioned earlier: test with just one RAM stick (swap them) and clear any dust or debris from the slots. Remove any unnecessary parts (like the GPU or extra storage) and attempt to boot again. Show your motherboard any error codes?
