Observed that even at full usage it remains at 3.79MHz when using the stock Intel cooler, and switched thermal paste 3 days prior with Thermal Grizzly.
3.79 GHz is completely fine, especially since it's not from the 1980s. As @Electronics Wizardy mentioned, it won't reach such high speeds unless you're pushing a single-core, fully loaded system. Apologies for the awkward phrasing—I wrote it quicker than you expected.
