I have a broken laptop: HP x360 - 11-ab009nl. The issue is my hard drive, which won't start up the operating system. When I check the HP menu for diagnostics, it doesn't show any problems there either. I want to swap out the hard drive but think it's built into the motherboard. What should I do?

Which part did the storage have, like 32 GB or 64 GB? Maybe it was 128 GB for a SSD. Check that link if you want more details.

Hi, thanks so much for sending that file over. Here is my hard drive: it has 128 GB of space and uses a SATA connection. It doesn't use RAM (DRAM-less) and supports an M.2 slot, but only if your computer is a Pentium N3710 model. I need to look up a replacement part online. Can you recommend something for me? Thanks a lot!

Any SATA or M.2 stick will probably work. Like a Samsung 870 Evo for example.
