Your HP Compaq Pro 6300 won't power on after installing the ATX PSU.
I realized the issue was with the wiring in the configuration I used on the HP desktop. It would activate without any load or when connected to a standard ATX PC, but the power supply would cut off immediately if it couldn’t detect the 3.3V signal, causing this unusual behavior.
Hello, I'm facing the same issue with my PSU upgrade on the HP6300ProSFF. I purchased an FSP SFX 500W PSI and followed all the wiring instructions correctly. When I turn it on, the power switch LED displays exactly as shown in your video. You mentioned the 3.3v sense wire wasn't connected. Could you help me figure out how to properly connect it so the PC boots? Thanks in advance for your guidance.
