If it's confirmed you're banned, it's likely due to either your own actions or someone on your team. In this situation, you have no choice but to create a new account and purchase the game again. If the ban is for reasons other than cheating, it may only last about 24 hours.

H1Z1 is not working properly. It has been in the ALPHA phase for three years. The game is famous for its persistent bugs that remain unresolved (TheyBreakGames...). There’s no lasting solution for crashes, only short-term patches. For details, check the Reddit community forum.
