16-18-18 might be a viable option at 3600mhz. I haven’t found any kits that support tRCD at that low frequency. Only Samsung B-die and Micron Rev E 8Gbit (with good binning) or certain CXMT dies seem capable. DJR doesn’t reach that level, it usually handles 3600 at 17-21-21 with 1.35v. DJR is the next best after Micron Rev E and Samsung B-die, so that makes sense. Possibly a Samsung D-Die could work too. I own an ADATA XPG D41 with 3200 16-20-20 as XMP Profile #2 (the #1 is 3600 18-22-22). The report mentioned Micron 8GB Rev E, but when I tried 16-20-20 on my garbage bin 5600X—can’t even reach 1900 FCLK—it booted with a WHEA error, no matter the VDIMM voltage. It won’t boot Windows even at 1.45V or 1.5V. Maybe it’s a Spectek 8GBit Rev E, but somehow achieved enough binning to be labeled Micron. Or Micron might have omitted Spectek details.

I believe I resolved the issue. Using AMD Ryzen Master, I managed to reach that performance level. I could attempt to go higher to 3200 in the future.
