I ran a performance test on userbenchmark and received those specs. The RAM seems stuck at its standard speed despite being much faster. Could you check the BIOS settings for XMP activation or see if there are any conflicts with other drivers?

Activate A-XMP/DOCP settings. If an XMP Profile #2 exists (typically 3600 MHz RAM comes with two profiles), select #2 as it’s more compatible since your 2600X can’t handle 3600 MHz RAM. I need to confirm the exact DRAM dies you have so I can provide precise timing details for your setup. It looks like you might be using a B-die kit, possibly with timings around 3600 16-16-16 or 3600 16-18-18.

Activate A-XMP/DOCP settings. If an XMP Profile #2 exists (typically 3600 MHz RAM comes with two profiles), select #2 as it’s more compatible since your 2600X can’t handle 3600 MHz RAM. Activate xmp/docp as instructed. If that fails, raise vsoc to ~1.2v. If still unsuccessful, lower to 3200 or 3000 cl16 (assuming 16-16-16 is invalid). If those don't work, try 14-16-16 and check the burner for IC. That should resolve it.

Used several 3600 mts kits previously with just one XMP profile, including Ripjawz and Dominators. Currently I’m using Intel, so I’m curious if this is typical when purchasing AMD-compatible memory. Since the person in the discussion only has a single XMP profile installed, it seems unlikely they bought AMD-compatible RAM. Manufacturers often include a secondary lower-speed profile, which still offers better performance than the base model, making XMP necessary for Zen and Zen+ series Ryzens that struggled with higher speeds. I often questioned what “AMD compatible” meant when it was advertised on the packaging, especially since it came with an extra cost.

Thanks for the ideas. I disabled many background tasks and saw a boost in CPU performance during this test, though RAM remains at 2133. I’ll attempt to upgrade the VDIMM next.

This set is meant to work with Ryzen processors, but my motherboard isn't listed on the site. I might need to boost the voltage. BIOS suggests 1.20 while the manufacturer recommends 1.35.

You definitely need to boost the voltage then! I was surprised XMP isn't working when you set it in BIOS. How is the battery performing on your motherboard? If you check the HWinfo, you should see a VBAT voltage reading—should be around 3 volts or more. Do any settings persist after making changes in BIOS?
