I often face a DirectX issue when launching games, even after reinstalling drivers. The GPU temperature stays around 70°C during idle. My system specs are: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 B450 DS3H, 1 GB RAM, RX 570 32 GB, 500W PSU.

Disassemble carefully, clean the components, and reapply thermal paste while ensuring the entire GPU die is covered. Secure all screws firmly and perform a retest. If temperatures remain elevated, consider installing a fan curve such as 45c, 19%, 50c, 70%, 80%, 90%, or 100%. Aggressive curves may increase noise. Use hwinfo64 to monitor GPU voltage and verify it stays below 1.162V.
