This indicates full usage with performance nearing 2GHz, GPU operating at 284W and drawing close to its 290W maximum. Everything appears typical. Are your 3DMark results significantly lower than expected for a 3070 Ti?

It seems to fall short of expectations. Perhaps my assessment is incorrect. This appears to be a time spy challenge.

I experienced a single run on 3D Mark (Steel Nomad) that was above average, but the performance dropped significantly afterward. It's hard to reproduce it. Could this information assist in resolving the issue?

Two discussion posts mention GPU power limitations. It seems to be worth verifying if there are any recent Windows or Nvidia updates.

It seems quite distinct from the previous update and somewhat consistent with the anticipated power draw of 290W. Probably a software-related problem.
