Hello, I'm not sure if this forum is the best fit for my issue, but I really don't know what to do anymore. As mentioned in the title, I'm facing rendering issues in all my 3D games. I noticed this while playing Cyberpunk a while back, and also experienced it in Lies of P, Metro Exodus, Battlefield, and a few others. I used to play all these games years ago without any problems, so I'm puzzled. It seems like I was adjusting the render distance settings. As I progress through the game world, assets load smoothly and shadows update correctly. At first, I thought my PC might be too weak, but even with low settings—CPU and GPU under 50%, nothing changed. My system specs are: i5 11400, 3060ti ASRock B560 Pro4, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD for Windows, plus a 2TB SSD for games. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

My temperatures are normal and I've got the latest drivers. I thought maybe my GPU was faulty, so I lent a hand to my friends and installed it on my PC. They also have a 3060 Ti and didn't make any changes.

At first, the lights don't display properly unless you're near them. By 14 seconds, the house isn't visible. At 24 seconds, some details on the door become visible but still aren't rendering. You can view it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/16mZpJY2...drive_link

It seems like the CPU is likely the most probable issue. I've already attempted a repair, but it didn't work. The SSD is brand new.

Consider using a DDU to fully eliminate existing GPU drivers and perform a clean installation. Clearing the Nvidia Control Panel is also a good idea. Let's begin with drivers and software before addressing hardware.

Sure, I think I'll attempt that tomorrow—it's late at night here. I'll let you know the outcome once it's done.
