I use the newest drivers, running Windows 10. My hardware includes an I7-7700 GTX 1080ti with 16GB RAM, an MSI Z270 A Pro graphics card, and two monitors—a 1440p at 144Hz and a 1080p at 75Hz. I noticed the game runs smoothly after turning off and back on the second monitor during startup, but I’m still trying to figure out why the issue persists so I can fix it permanently.
