I meant to ask about an RMA for either the motherboard or RAM. Since I already replaced my RAM module, I’m clarifying which part needs the return.

It indicates #1 and #3 are the available slots. Connect the RAM to A2 and B2 (slots 2 and 4) on the board. Verify this setup. Then, try using a stick that’s farthest from the CPU—specifically, the one in slot A2 (two slots away). See if this resolves the problems.

The first and third entries represent the computer count, beginning at zero just like the CPU numbering starts at 0. The next two are for you and me.
