I purchased my gaming PC yesterday and it frequently stutters and crashes games. Initially, I assumed it was due to a bottleneck, but overall the build seems well balanced. Here are the components: Motherboard – Gigabyte x670E Aorus Xtreme EAT; CPU – Ryzen 9 7950X 3D; GPU – RTX 4090 Aero OC with 64GB DDR4 6000MHz; RAM – G.Skill 16GB 2x DDR5 6000MHz NRGB; PSU – Seasonic TX-1600 80+T ATX. I’m grateful for your assistance. Updated: Took it to Micro Center, they performed stress testing and confirmed no software issues. After returning, I disabled Windows Game Mode and everything worked fine. Thank you all for your support. Edited February 7, 2024 by Carlos Ramirez Fixed the issue

All drivers are current and the BIOS is running the newest release. Chipset drivers are also fully updated.

You purchased a gaming PC with a 7950x3D because it offers strong performance for demanding games. You checked if the AMD chipset drivers were available on the motherboard site to ensure compatibility. The mention of bottlenecking refers to limitations in system performance, which you likely wanted to avoid.

It seems you suspect the PC was bought from a pre-built setup. I highly advise reaching out for help. They should support you if there’s an issue, especially regarding warranty matters.

Check the back of the device to see where the screens are connected. Are they linked to the GPU outputs or the motherboard outputs?

Connect the display port straight to the GPU without any intermediary devices.

I understand, it might be due to using HDMI instead of the original display ports, which is why I placed the order on Amazon.
