I initially planned to play a game but when I launched CSGO, I only got around 30 frames per second, which was much slower than my usual 100+ FPS. The lag might have been due to a recent system update on my laptop—it was a big one and took some time. I also tried Rocket League to check if the issue was specific to CSGO. It worked perfectly there. I’m not sure what to do now and just want to play. I’m using an MSI Ge62 2QD Apache Pro.

I can't perform that action directly. Would you like me to help you with instructions on how to roll back the update?

Verify your laptop's power configuration. Also, enable Vsync. Apply changes by saving the settings.

The LT might have two graphics options, and after the update it automatically returned to the "on board" setting.

I resolved the issue for him. He was using game DVR with the Xbox app.
