Experience significant stuttering at 60fps, with or without Vsync or Freesync. PC specs: Processor Intel Core 12700k, Motherboard Asus Prime z690-a, GPU AMD 6700 RX, RAM 32gb dual channel, Kingston DDR5 16GB 5200Mhz, Fury Beast Black x2, NVME SN750, 3400MB/PSU 650W Corsair Silver. Pls assist, I tried everything.

Check if you've adjusted the FPS using RTSS. Cap it at 60, then at 59 with RTSS enabled and Vsync turned on. If that didn't help, the issue could be related to AMD drivers. Also, what is your monitor's current and maximum refresh rate?

My display's peak frequency is 170 Hz, yet I attempted to limit it to 60 using RTSS (with VSync enabled and disabled, Freesync toggled). The flickering continues. All AMD firmware and BIOS are up to date, and I've already performed a fresh installation.
