Hey guys, so i try to overclock my gpu rx 470 in msi afterburner and run some stress tests. It works fine but when i start Witcher 3 in high settings the fps drops to 50-60 and freezes for a second every ten seconds. Before i was play like 60 hour in it and have no issue .The same thing happend to all my games and it was unplayable. I change the settings to stock and the stutter is still there. I have reinstall windows likes 3 times and uninstall amd drivers by ddu and try many diffrent version of drivers but nothing works. Please help I having this problem for like 3 weeks I just want some fps . Sorry for my bad english My specs are : - I5 2400 stock rx 470 8gb ram
