I've owned an LG OLED55CXPSA smart TV for a while now, and the packaging claims G-Sync compatibility that functioned well for years with my RTX 3080. It appeared correctly in my NVIDIA control panel and MSI monitor. Over the past year, both devices stopped showing up as G-Sync compatible in the same panel. The "set up G-Sync" option vanished, I can't enable variable framerate in Windows 11 settings, and the screen is tearing during games. Everything else—drivers, firmware, cables—remains unchanged. Since my TV is older, the interface lacks advanced features like turning on G-Sync. On this model, I've activated a gaming profile with instant response and premium free-sync, but even disabling them doesn't resolve the problem. I'm running out of ideas and need suggestions.

It isn't the best idea, but have you considered setting up older drivers whenever you remember they functioned?
