It functions similarly to a bank. I receive payment every Wednesday, but I've noticed it's marked "pending" in my account for more than a week. The same issue has occurred before. Funds should arrive within about a week once available. This isn't an error or glitch—it's just a normal financial process taking time.
Regarding the matter, the email is about it. If so, then yes, I'm taking it seriously.
