Hey, I've got a new PC with an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D ROG STRIX X670-A, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 5200 MHz CPU, RTX4070 Ti graphics, and Windows 10. My monitor is set to 165Hz, but VSync is disabled in both the Windows display settings and the Nvidia control panel. The GPU is configured for the highest frame rate available, but games are stuck at 60fps. When I close a game and enable image scaling in the Nvidia panel, the FPS returns to normal after a while. If I restart and turn on G-Sync, it turns off again. My monitor is also set to 165Hz. I reinstalled Windows and swapped out the GPU, hoping someone can help. Also tried changing the display settings and HDMI cables to rule out any issues.
