Check if the remaining ports are set to bridge mode. If not, connect your PC to another port and try again. It seems you can't adjust the setting directly.

When the ISP's device operates in bridge mode, it sends a public IP to the connected device, yet this behavior differs from WiFi devices where it typically does not. You can remove the ISP box from bridge mode if needed.
