DLSS isn't functioning properly on my setup. I have an RTX 2060 and a Ryzen 5 2600 with the latest Windows update and GeForce drivers installed. However, DLSS doesn't work in any games that support it. I've attempted a fresh Windows install but the NVIDIA drivers remain unresponsive. I contacted their support team, waited over an hour, and spoke with an agent who only replied every ten minutes due to high volume. He requested my system details, which I compiled and sent. He promised a technician would follow up once the problem is fixed. It's been three days with no update. I've looked for workarounds but haven't found a solution similar to what others have shared. I'm concerned NVIDIA might be ignoring this issue despite promoting it. If you're reading this and know another way to resolve it, please share. I've created an account on the forum since other options aren't available. My specs are: CPU - Ryzen 5 2600, GPU - RTX 2060 Gamer (1-Click OC), RAM - 16GB, motherboard - B450M STEEL LEGEND ASROCK, SSD - ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro M.2 NVMe 256GB, HDD - Seagate 1TB FireCuda 3.5'' SSD, OS version 20H2 (build 19042.685), GPU driver 460.79, display - LG 29WK600 29" ultra-wide full HD IPS. I own a 2060 too, and as b1k3rdude mentioned, turning on ray tracing isn't advisable—despite its claims. Your performance will drop drastically to levels that are nearly impossible to play through. Have you played Fortnite? I'm asking because it offers a clear DLSS setting in the options, which you could try to see if it's not functioning properly or just limited to certain titles... which is unlikely, right? Based on what I know, most games that support it don't actually have a built-in DLSS toggle. It mostly appears in newer titles like WatchDogs Legion, Control, and CoD Blops Cold War. If it doesn't work across all supported games, and you're certain the ones you're testing do, you might find some clear guidance on the support forum. Good luck, and let me know how it goes.

I'm using the Steam version with patch 1.04, and I need it to operate in DX12 mode. I thought the game was always set to DX12, but I've tried enabling death stranding via DLSS, which isn't available. The option appears in GeForce Experience, but when I launch Cyberpunk 2077, the settings reset back to normal.

I haven't played Fortnite yet, but I'm planning to check if DLSS is effective. Up to now, the only titles with similar features are Death Stranding and Cyberpunk 2077.

It could be a good idea to give it a shot. May be helpful if you're lucky.

Yes I have done this a few times now.Still no difference. It seems like the same issue as all the other. DLSS setting not appearing in fortnite. I have set it to DX12 mode and turned off anti aliasing. Still nothing but just like death stranding I can turn on the settings in Geforce experience and the effect carries over to the game. Cyberpunk 2077 still can't be forced by Geforce experince to run on those specific settings.

It doesn't seem to show up at all. Could it be because it's hidden, unavailable, or missing from your settings? You can only adjust AA settings in Fortnite if DLSS is disabled, which means you're likely not turning it on. That seems odd. As mentioned, I own a 2060 and have experienced this firsthand. Only a few games offer the DLSS feature, including Fortnite, so that's why I brought it up. I'm trying my best to check your settings thoroughly—maybe look at the Nvidia control panel or other options—to see if something is blocking it. It might not be the most exciting solution, but sometimes the simplest fix works. Let me know how you're doing.

I've reviewed the control panel but it seems Raytracing and DLSS settings are already included in the games. For Fortnite, I looked at the DLSS area but found no available option—similar to Cyberpunk where the Death Stranding setting is grayed out, and now Fortnite doesn't have it either. I'll try again to see if it appears. Edit: It didn't work.
