to start off with here is my build i3 4150 8gb 1600 mhz ddr3 r9 280 h81 pc-mate mobo evga 500b Seagate 1TB 7200 rom harddrive so with my build I get a fluctating 60 fps on skyrim at high but I see others get 60 on best graphics with a i3 4150 and a 750 ti. the most worrying one is that on max in league of legends I get 60 fps with drops in fights but I saw the value pc linus built getting 280 fps which mine can't even get on the lowest graphics. my temperatures stay below 50°c at all times and I am staying at normal speeds.

You're likely relying on Vsync to maintain a consistent 60 frames per second across all titles.

That question is about how V-Sync relates to something else. Let's clarify!
